At CircuiTox, we strive to maintain accurate stock levels and provide a transparent shopping experience. This Inventory Policy outlines how we manage product availability, backorders, and inventory discrepancies.

1. Real-Time Availability

We make every effort to ensure that the "In Stock" status displayed on CircuiTox.shop is accurate. Our inventory is updated in real-time as orders are processed at our fulfillment location in Wylie, Texas.

2. Inventory Discrepancies

On rare occasions, high demand or technical synchronization issues may result in an item being listed as available when it is out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order due to an inventory error:

We will notify you via email (Contact@CircuiTox.shop) within 1 business day.
You will be offered the choice of a full refund for the unavailable item or an estimated timeline for when the item will be back in stock.

3. Backorders and Pre-orders

If an item is marked as a Backorder or Pre-order:

The estimated shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page.
Payment is collected at the time the order is placed to reserve your item.
You may cancel a backorder for a full refund at any time before the item has entered the shipping process.

4. Limited Releases and Stock Constraints

For high-demand items or limited-edition electronics and fashion, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applied to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

By centralizing our inventory, we ensure that domestic orders (5-8 business days for Economy) and international shipments are handled with consistent quality control.
