1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for our customers within the United States:

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 185 countries, including Austria, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

International Economy: $5.00 (Free for orders $5.00 and up) with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.
Calculated Rates: Real-time rates for DHL Express, FedEx International Connect Plus, and USPS (First Class, Priority, and Priority Express) are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Duties and Taxes: For supported services like DHL Express, duties may be prepaid at checkout. Otherwise, the recipient is responsible for any local customs fees or taxes.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
