30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn or unused.
With all original tags attached.
In its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Ship: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Cost: Free. We provide the return label at no cost to you.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Final Sale Items: We do not have final sale items; all products are eligible for return within the 30-day window if they meet the condition requirements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
